6. What's the temperature of the pond?(use a thermometer please)

7. What type of biological and/or mechanical filter do you have? (style?biofalls?skimmer?canister?)

8. Has the pump been off for any reason? What size pump? (flow?gph?)

9. Did you get new fish or plants? (floaters?llies?)

10. Were those fish or plants kept in isolation / quarantine to prevent introduction of disease?

11. If so, what treatments were done in isolation?

12. What fish in the collection are affected? (Old or new fish?)

13. Have you tested your water quality? (pH, hardness and nitrate at least)

14. What signs, marks, and symptoms do the fish show? (hiding?clamped fins?blood streaks?)
